Policies

• Renter must be a responsible adult at least 21 or over with a valid driver's license.
• Renter must sign a Boat Rental Agreement and is subject to all terms and conditions therein.
• A $500 security/damage deposit is required prior to departure.
• The person providing the deposit must be the one to sign the Boat Rental Agreement.
• Rental fee is due prior to boarding. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or money order accepted. No checks accepted at time of boarding.
• Boats may travel during safe daylight only. Operating boat after dark is strictly prohibited.
• Rentals do not include gasoline, tax or waiver.
• Absolutely no pets allowed.
• Boat occupancy must not exceed boat capacity.
• Travel boundaries are in place and must not be exceeded.

Reservations

Call 800-248-2474 or 386-734-2474 between 9am and 5pm (EST) daily. A $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or money order. Checks will be accepted only for reservations made more than 30 days in advance.

You may cancel your reservation thirty (30) days prior to check-in. However, you will be charged a fee equal to 10% of your total rental. No refunds shall be given for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
